Big week for Apex.
After more than a year of planning, roadblock after roadblock, and starting completely over at one point — the walls are finally going up. Watching the foundation of this whole thing become real is an incredible feeling. It hasn't been easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is, and every setback and delay is going to be worth it when those doors open. Apex Strength Club is becoming real.
The walls are going up.
Site work is finished — utilities are in and the retention ponds are built. Framing started this month, and vertical construction is the milestone that sets our opening date.
Site Approved — 4345 Liberty Avenue
The Apex site plan moved to its Liberty Avenue location, a three-acre lot with room for parking and future expansion.
Permits & Final City Meetings
Permits have been approved and final city planning commission meetings are complete.
Site Work — Utilities & Retention Ponds
Utilities are in, the retention ponds are built, and the lot is graded and ready to build on.
Building Construction
Framing is underway and the walls are going up — the structure that holds the strength floor, posing room, recovery spaces, locker rooms, and lobby.
Grand Opening
Doors open with full 24/7 app-based access live from day one. We'll announce the date here first, as soon as construction gives us one we can stand behind.

Utilities went in, the retention ponds were built, and the lot was graded flat and ready to build on. It was the groundwork that made everything above it possible — and it cleared the way for framing to start.

We're not going to guess at an opening date. Construction moves on its own schedule — weather, utilities, inspections, and material lead times all have a say — and we'd rather show you real progress than promise a day we can't control.
